How to Donate
1. Donate through the App
- Download the app here
One-off donations:
-Go to Extras → Donate
-Search for your chosen charity
-Add their Member Number to your board
At the machine:
-Scan the charity’s Member Card
-Insert containers
-Press ‘Transfer’ to complete - Using your preferred charity (track your donations):
-In your Account profile, update your payment method
-Search for your charity and tick “Set as my charity”
-Tick “Make this my preferred payment method” to confirm
At the machine:
-Scan your Member Number
-Insert containers
-Press ‘Transfer‘ to complete
2. Donate with Charity member barcode
- Scan the Containers for Change Member number barcode for your chosen charity, school, sports club or community group (select charity from the Directory of Good Causes)
- Insert containers
- Press ‘Transfer‘ on the machine’s screem tp confirm your donation
